Responsible for generating revenue by promoting and selling products to customers. The role involves identifying leads, building healthy pipelines, understanding customer needs, and closing sales transactions.

Required  Qualifications –


  • Education: HND in Marketing or related field
  • Experience 2–5 years in a sales role, preferably within the FMCG sector
  • Technical Skills Effective communication, Product knowledge, Sales process mastery,
  • Relationship building, Resilience and closing skills, Adaptability
  • Soft Skills Active listening, Negotiation skills, Time management, Emotional intelligence, Self-motivation, Sales forecasting, Adaptability
  • Tools/Software Proficiency Microsoft 365, Salesforce, HubSpot (or similar CRM tools)


Other Requirements: Fluent in English, Valid driver’s license, physically fit for client engagements and travel

 

Working Conditions: Hybrid (Office and field-based engagements)
