The Sales Officer is responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Promote and sell company products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and submit same to management.
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections where applicable.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–5 years’ proven sales experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Result-oriented and target-driven.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
