The Sales Officer is responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Promote and sell company products/services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and submit same to management.
  • Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections where applicable.
  • Represent the company professionally at all times.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–5 years’ proven sales experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Result-oriented and target-driven.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
