Key Responsibilities

  •  Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with financial institutions, SMEs, and corporate clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and long- term partnerships.
  • Recruit, Lead, train, and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to inform business decisions.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as sales manager.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable growth strategies.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and data-driven sales management.
