Job summary
This role is for an energetic and highly motivated individual who loves building relationships. As Rivia steps into its next growth phase, we are looking for you to secure crucialpartnerships with local pharmacies. These pharmacies will serve as trusted distribution points for our Rivia Access Cards. Your primary mission is simple: Sign up pharmacies that will, in turn, offer our Access Cards to their own customers. This means more people in the community gain immediate access to our free virtual care and integrated clinic network. This is a field-driven, high-performance role. Your success directly translates into major rewards.

Requirements:
- Experience Advantage: Prior experience or existing relationships with pharmacies in Ghana is a major advantage.
- Role Structure: Mostly field-based, results-driven, and high-autonomy.
- Career Progression: We are scaling fast. Exceptional performance in this role opens the door to permanent, high-level career progression within Rivia’s growing sales and business development teams.
Remuneration: High-commission rewards with the potential to earn up to GHS 10,000+ per month based on performance.
