Field Sales Officer
Job summary
To own daily market execution, drive product visibility, and ensure consistent sell-out performance across the full FON LTD range (Hygiene, Stationery, and Packaging) in assigned routes.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Territory Penetration & Coverage: Develop and follow through on daily plans covering wholesalers, retailers, and key accounts.
- Full Portfolio Sales: Drive sales for FONTISSUE, Adepa towels, exercise books, copy paper, and pizza boxes.
- Market Execution: Ensure a minimum of 95% productive outlet calls per day to ensure the brand regains distribution strength.
- Visibility Ownership: Ensure agreed shelf space, visibility materials, and planograms are respected to achieve "shelf dominance".
- Data Integrity: Submit daily reports via the ERP mobile app regarding outlet data, pricing, and stock feedback.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Outlet Call Rate: Minimum 28 visits a day (95% target).
- Productive Calls: ≥ 95% of visits must result in a sale.
- Customer Recruitment: Minimum 80% achievement of new account targets monthly.
- Retention & Reporting: ≥ 90% accuracy and consistency in ERP reporting.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in field sales, strictly within the FMCG category.
- Skills: Smartphone literate (ERP use is mandatory), physically fit for Accra fieldwork.
- Attributes: High discipline over charisma; ability to follow strict route compliance.
