Field Sales Executive (Accra & Kumasi)
Job summary
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for driving B2B sales growth for Interactive Flat Panels (IFPs) and Commercial Digital Display solutions across Ghana. The role is strictly commercial and relationship-driven, focused on prospecting, qualifying, demonstrating, and closing sales within approved pricing and control framework
Job descriptions & requirements
- Prospect and develop new B2B clients across:
- Education
- Corporate
- Institutional
- Retail and public-space sectors
- Conduct structured needs assessments and site evaluations
- Present company solutions professionally and confidently
- Follow up on quotations and proposals issued by the office
- Close sales strictly within the approved pricing framework
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline
- Submit regular sales activity and forecast updates to the GM Build long-term client relationships and reference accounts
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Location-Specific Responsibilities
Accra (HQ-Based)
- Schedule and bring prospective clients to the Accra HQ showroom
- Coordinate demonstrations with the Technical Operations Lead
- Support corporate and institutional decision-makers through structured demo sessions
- Focus on higher-value, boardroom, and institutional deals
- Minimize off-site demos except where expressly approved
Kumasi (Mobile Demo / Northern Corridor)
- Conduct on-site demonstrations using the assigned mobile demo unit
- Transport, use, repack, and secure the demo unit after every demo
- Accurately log demo unit movement and usage
- Cover assigned regions efficiently and systematically
- Build strong regional presence and long-term relationships
- Identify opportunities for multi-unit and institutional deployments
Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly revenue target achievement Number of qualified leads generated
- Number of demos conducted
- Demo-to-sale conversion rate
- Pipeline accuracy and reporting discipline
- Territory coverage and penetration (Kumasi role)
- Client feedback and satisfaction
- Compliance with pricing and asset-control rules
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience
- Experience selling technology, IT solutions, or enterprise products is a strong advantage
- Experience in education or institutional sales is an added advantage
- Comfortable using CRM tools, reporting pipelines, and structured sales processes
