Core Responsibilities
- Team Supervision: Oversee Field Sales Supervisors and Officers; conduct 100% supervision and training of sales reps.
- Route Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to assigned routes and daily operations reviews.
- Distributor Management: Conduct quarterly business reviews with distributors to flag growth opportunities and financial risks.
- Strategic Allocation: Assign specific product ranges to officers as the team grows to ensure specialized market focus.
- Primary & Secondary Sales: Monitor "Sell-In" (Fon to Distributor) and "Sell-Out" (Distributor to Retail) daily.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Sell-In/Primary Target: Minimum 80% achievement.
- Sell-Out/Secondary Target: Minimum 80% achievement.
- Receivable Management: Zero trade receivables versus due balances.
- Route Compliance: 100% enforcement for all assigned distributor salesmen.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales leadership, preferably in FMCG.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills to review KPIs against targets daily.
- Attributes: Result-oriented leader with a focus on "cash efficiency" and market discipline.
