Job summary
DFWI Ghana Ltd a premier distributor of wood-based materials and furniture fittings located on the Spintex Road is seeking to hire a highly experienced and result-driven in- door Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. Also responsible for selling products and meeting customer needs while obtaining orders from existing potential sales outlets.

Key Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Prepare quotations and invoices per customer’s order
Job Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Familiar with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, inventory databases and other sales and fulfillment software
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation, persuasion and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organization skills
- Customer focused
- Self-confidence
- Presentation skills
- Client's relations
- Knowledge in Microsoft suit
Education
- BSc. Sales/Marketing, BSc. Business Administration or any related qualification.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years or more of sales experience
