Key Responsibilities
- Market and sell the company’s products and services to prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct regular visits to clients’ shops, offices, and business premises.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare basic sales reports and provide feedback on market trends.
- Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experienced Senior Secondary School (SSS/SHS) graduates with proven marketing and sales experience are eligible to apply.
- Higher National Diploma (HND) graduates with marketing and sales experience are also eligible.
- Practical experience in field sales or direct marketing will be a strong advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related discipline. Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in marketing and sales roles.
Work Conditions
- This is not an office-based position.
- Applicants must be willing and able to commute regularly between Accra, Tema, and Kasoa.
- The role involves frequent fieldwork, including visits to clients’ organizations, offices and shops.
