Job Description/Requirements

Essential Job Duties:


 Responsible with working with the BD Director to identify products that are suitable for the business

Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements

Ensuring that customer satisfaction and goals are met

·       Product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals

·       Conducts market research; generate product requirements

·       Help determine pricing and time-integrated plans for product introduction

·       Developing market strategies

·       Appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.

·       Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements;

·       Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products

·       Facilitates inventory turnover and product availability by reviewing and adjusting inventory levels and production schedules.

·       Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; anticipating volume; costing special and customized orders.

Any other duties assigned 


Education & Basic Qualification:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin / Procurement / Sales & Marketing or related areas

·       3+ years of experience

·       Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

·       Able to get his point across and make suggestion based on fact and data

·       Product Knowledge

·       Product Management

·       People Management

·       Understanding the Customer

·       Inventory control

·       Pricing, Planning & Strategizing

·       Sales Planning

·       Able to communicate with executive management
