About the Role:
We are looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team in Ghana. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical solutions and customer needs, ensuring our telecommunications products and services align with client requirements. You will work closely with the sales team to drive business growth by providing expert technical guidance and designing tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the technical expert during pre-sales engagements, demonstrating how our solutions solve client challenges in the telecommunications sector.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and deliver high-impact presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept solutions.
- Design customized technical proposals and solution architectures to meet client needs.
- Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, or solutions engineering within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong knowledge of network technologies (4G/5G, RF planning, fiber optics, microwaves).
- Proficiency with RF tools (e.g., Atoll, Spectrum Analyzer) and project management.
- Familiarity with software like MATLAB, AutoCAD, or MapInfo is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
