Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls
  • Manage website and social media pages
  • Respond to email and WhatsApp messages
  • Carry out duties such as filing, typing, photocopying, binding, scanning
  • Liaise with clients as it may be required


Qualification and Requirements

  • A minimum of a Diploma is required
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Basic graphics designing
  • Typing
  • Must be able to use the Internet 
  • Telephone skills
  • Candidate living preferably in and around New Achimota – Accra
