Our company is looking for an organized and self-motivated office administrator who will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office personnel

  • Experience Level:Entry level
  • Experience Length:2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience as front desk representative or related role
  • Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices
  • Proficiency in English (oral and written)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Customer service orientation


Requirement:

  • Should be 45-48 years of age
