Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for National Service Personnel at the National FMCG Summit, located in Accra. The role involves supporting event operations, assisting in customer service, and contributing to sales and marketing efforts. Additional responsibilities include data analysis, finance-related tasks, and facilitating seamless communication among teams and event stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, with an ability to gather and interpret data effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- Customer service and sales experience, with a focus on providing high-quality support and driving results
- Basic understanding of financial principles and the ability to support finance-related activities
- Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Education in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is advantageous
