Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Influencer & Commercial Manager to lead strategic influencer partnerships and drive high-value commercial deals. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to consistently close monthly business deals valued at GHS 2,000,000 or more. You will play a key role in shaping the agency’s commercial direction and expanding our influencer network to deliver exceptional client results.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Closures: Identify, pitch, and close high-value partnerships and commercial deals, meeting or exceeding monthly revenue targets of GHS 2,000,000.
- Influencer Strategy: Develop and manage partnerships with local and international influencers across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) to support client campaigns.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the lead commercial liaison between the agency and key clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Campaign Monetization: Create monetization plans for influencer-led campaigns and brand collaborations, including pricing strategies, ROI analysis, and reporting.
- Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and media teams to execute high-impact campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Market Insights: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and digital innovation to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, digital sales, or commercial management within a fast-paced, growing agency or brand.
- Demonstrated track record of monthly closures exceeding GHS 2,000,000 in marketing or digital services.
- Extensive network of influencers, creators, and digital content talent.
- Strong negotiation, pitch, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, campaign performance metrics, and influencer economics.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
