An institution in Accra is looking for an HR administrator with superb communication and administration skills. We seek an experienced professional to combine cross-functional competencies in HR and Donor Relations. The ideal candidate possesses excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and IT skills.

Key Requirements
  • A masters or bachelor’s college degree
  • 5 years HR experience in an educational institution
  • Experience developing internal processes and filing systems
  • Comfortable handling confidential information
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)

  • Office Hours: M-F: 7.30 am - 5pm
  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Salary: Competitive
  • Review Process: 3 months' probation
