CANDIDATE PROFILE
Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a General Manager, ideally within the luxury or upscale hospitality sector. Demonstrated experience operating in Africa with strong knowledge of regional market dynamics, cultural nuances, and talent considerations. Proven track record in building, developing, and leading high-performing teams. This is a live-in, single-status position due to the accommodation provided. Strong Food & Beverage & Operations background with the ability to elevate service standards and drive revenue performance. Exceptional owner and stakeholder relationship management skills.
