Job Summary

Manage the office administration for payment, procurement, banking, income tax, SSNIT, certificate from RGD/GIPC/BOG, foreign staff Visa/ID/Work Permit/Residence Permit

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description

Working Hours: 8am – 5pm, Monday - Friday


Salary: USD 1,000


Responsibilities 

  • Payment of office expenses such as electricity, water, newspaper, internet, telephone, DHL
  • Procurement of A4, printer toner, stationary, water/tea/coffee/snack, equipment/furniture 
  • Withdrawal/deposit of money from/to bank and exchange of money 
  • Payment of income tax and SSNIT 
  • Renewal of office certificate from RGD/GIPC and regular reporting to GIPC/BOG 
  • Issuance/renewal of car/driver license from DVLA 
  • Issuance/renewal of Visa/ID/Work Permit/Residence Permit for foreign staff from embassy/NIA/GIS 
  • Management of insurance, contract, P.O. Box, etc.


Qualification and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (in business administration or management preferred) 
  • 3 years working experience (in administration at foreign company preferred) 
  • Fluent in English, good at MS Office and writing letter
