We’re now hiring an Experiences Coordinator in Accra to help us scout, curate, and manage the most unique experiences in the city and across Ghana.
What You'll Do
- Discover and onboard new local experiences — from food walks and art sessions to hidden nightlife and wellness escapes
- Work closely with hosts, artists, chefs, creatives, and small businesses
- Help co-curate our Accra City Guide and monthly "Tastemaker Picks"
- Collaborate with our Content Team to develop visuals and short writeups
- Support operational logistics and supplier relationships across Accra and nearby regions
You Might Be a Fit If...
- You’re deeply plugged into Accra’s creative/cultural scene (art, food, music, wellness)
- You’re curious, organized, and love finding hidden gems
- You can manage light admin and communicate professionally with both creatives and internal teams
- You’re passionate about storytelling, community, and the power of travel done well
What We Offer

- Monthly retainer: GHC 3,000 – GHC5,000, based on experience
- Bonuses:
- +GHC 300 for every 5 vetted experiences successfully onboarded
- +GHC 600 for co-hosted or fully staffed events
- +GHC 120 per approved user-generated story or visual submission
