Key Objectives
· Implement and enforce standardized protocols for alarm response operations (dispatch, escalation, arrival procedures, handover, reporting).
· Drive operational excellence through daily readiness checks and consistent field discipline.
· Ensure full compliance and effective use of our operational technology: Patriot dispatch, Plink, Hytera radio systems, vehicle tracking, dash cams, body cams, and incident reporting tools.
· Establish and manage KPIs across the response function (response times, patrol readiness, incident reporting quality, shift performance, vehicle condition, client satisfaction).
· Strengthen coordination between Control Room, Field Teams, and Supervisors to deliver reliable 24/7 coverage.
· Lead continuous improvement: post-incident debriefs, corrective actions, refresher coaching, and enforcement of standards.
Core Responsibilities
· Shift & Team Leadership: Supervise shift commanders, drivers/riders, and response officers; enforce punctuality, readiness, and professionalism.
· Dispatch & Field Execution: Confirm alarm handling procedures are followed from activation to closure; maintain high standards of radio discipline and on-scene conduct.
· Vehicle & Equipment Readiness: Ensure daily inspections for vehicles/bikes, cameras, radios, tracking units, uniforms, and response kits; escalate defects and enforce compliance.
· Reporting & Accountability: Ensure incident reports are accurate, timely, and professionally written; investigate exceptions and implement corrective actions.
· Training & Standards: Support onboarding and refresher training; maintain SOP compliance and field coaching.
· Client & Stakeholder Support: Assist with sensitive incidents, escalation communication, and (where applicable) coordination with law enforcement partners.
Required Profile
· Law enforcement or military background is strongly preferred (or equivalent rapid-response/security operations leadership).
· Minimum 5+ years in security operations / rapid response with 2+ years in a leadership role.
· Strong command presence, decision-making under pressure, and ability to enforce standards without compromise.
· High competence in radio communication, dispatch discipline, and basic tech tools (apps, reporting, trackers, CCTV/monitoring exposure is a plus).
· Excellent written reporting and attention to detail.
· Proven track record of discipline, neatness, and operational tidiness (teams, vehicles, stations, and personal appearance).
