? Role Title:
Customer Onboarding Officer
? Role Purpose:
Support new customers with seamless onboarding and mobile app activation to enhance their experience with our services.
? Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the onboarding of new customers onto our mobile app.
- Educate users on app features and drive adoption.
- Provide frontline support on basic product-related issues.
- Enhance mobile app acceptance and improve overall customer satisfaction.
? What You’ll Need:
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new digital tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of IT and communication systems.
- A tech-savvy mindset with the ability to navigate apps and platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Empathy, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
- Familiarity with financial products is a plus.
