Are you a recent graduate passionate about customer engagement and eager to make your mark in the financial services industry? Join our three-month Customer Service Internship Program and gain valuable hands-on experience while being mentored by industry professionals.


? Role Title:

Customer Onboarding Officer


? Role Purpose:

Support new customers with seamless onboarding and mobile app activation to enhance their experience with our services.


? Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the onboarding of new customers onto our mobile app.
  • Educate users on app features and drive adoption.
  • Provide frontline support on basic product-related issues.
  • Enhance mobile app acceptance and improve overall customer satisfaction.


? What You’ll Need:

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new digital tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of IT and communication systems.
  • A tech-savvy mindset with the ability to navigate apps and platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Empathy, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
  • Familiarity with financial products is a plus.
