The Business Development Manager is the commercial driver of Nanaade’s growth. This role is responsible for building employer demand, converting pilots into long-term contracts, and ensuring consistent interview volume at scale. With Nanaade’s partnership with Micro1 strengthening enterprise readiness, this role is central to achieving the quarterly target of 50,000 interviews. This position requires a balance of strategic thinking, execution discipline, and relationship-building. The successful candidate will understand how employers hire at scale and how AI-enabled interview infrastructure can transform recruitment efficiency and access to talent. You will own the full employer acquisition lifecycle and work closely with internal and external partners to ensure employers succeed on the platform. This role requires someone who is both commercially astute and comfortable operating in ambiguous situations
