Job Summary
The Bartender is responsible for taking orders and serving food and beverages to guests, the preparation of cocktails as well as mis en place. They play an important role in guest satisfaction as they are also responsible for checking on customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals / drinks and take action to correct any problems.

Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer services
- Always strive towards best customer satisfaction
- Greet customers and present menus
- Make suggestions based on their preferences
- Take and serve food/drinks orders
- Up-sell when appropriate
- Arrange table settings
- Set up bar, mis en place, refill fridges and stock
- Prepare drinks as per standard including cocktails
- Always keep tables clean and tidy
- Follow stock and recipe procedures
- Check products for quality
- Deliver checks and collect payments
- Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
- Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines
- Keep the restaurant tidy and follow set up standards as per company guidelines
Basic Requirements:
- People person, open, bubbly, approachable
- Highly organized.
- Professional presentation & communication skills.
- Advanced English skills, verbal and written
