Assist in Planning, coordinating all Administrative activities and helping in resolving all employees' issues whilst ensuring the company interest is protected in the long term.

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and greet visitors.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
  • Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings.
  • Collate and distribute mail.
  • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence.


Requirements

  • Basically an Administrative Assistant with Experience in Sales & Marketing.
  • Must be a full computer literate
  • Good in Content building
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be young and a tertiary graduate.
  • Able to commute to Tantra Hills daily
  • Knowledge in Corporate events planning is a plus.
  • (Pls by event planning we don't mean arranging flowers on table- but strategic proposals for international relations task on our multinational projects)
  • Foreign Nationals rather than GH & Nigeria are encouraged to Apply
