Job Summary

- Visits customers to promote the product - Collection of outstanding balances - Monitors priority retail outlets/open markets and provides regular and accurate feedback on competitor activities to the sales manager

  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Main Tasks:

-        Collection of outstanding balances

-        Takes orders from customers and organises deliveries in a smart way

-        Visits customers to promote the product

-        Ensures product availability, visibility and accessibility in priority outlets in assigned sales territory.

-        Manage the sales administration for assigned customers: invoicing, payment and debtor follow up

-        Communicates monthly activities to the sales manager in the required reporting format.

-        Monitors priority retail outlets/open markets and provides regular and accurate feedback on competitor activities to the sales manager

-        Identifies and exploits sales and promotional opportunities for products in assigned territory

-        Establishes coverage plan for distributors and develops route and journey plan 

-        Manages damaged/expired products according to the goods returns policy
