Job summary
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and professional Waiter/Waitress to join our growing hospitality team. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, take and serve orders accurately, and ensure guests have a pleasant dining and overall service experience. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, including weekends and night shifts.

Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and provide customers with information about available food and beverages.
- Take customer orders accurately and communicate them promptly to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
- Check on customers regularly to ensure they are satisfied with their orders
- Respond to customer questions and requests appropriately.
- Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas.
- Process customer requests and coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and refer issues to management when necessary.
- Follow established hygiene, service, and safety standards.
- Support other restaurant operations as required.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar hospitality role.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Friendly, reliable, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
- Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.

Working Days: Monday – Sunday
