Responsibilities:
- Join an extremely energetic, international and diverse team and be a central pillar of SPARETECH's success story
- Take responsibility for the full recruiting process: from job definition, active sourcing and applicant management to contract acceptance and Onboarding
- Utilize all available sourcing canals to attract the best candidates and to build up a candidate pool
- Represent SPARETECH and our culture at recruitment events
- To constantly improve and develop our recruiting process and the candidate experience
- Contribute your own ideas to our overall goal: to attract the best talents for SPARETECH
Requirements:
- Want to inspire candidates to set new benchmarks for the digital spare parts world together with the existing team
- Can communicate with a wide variety of characters, fluently in German and English
- Are passionate about diversity and inclusion
- Quickly establish relationships with other people and enjoy networking
- Are not intimidated by the challenges of active sourcing, you are self-organizing and goal-oriented
- Are eager to learn and have a positive mindset
- Have at least two years of active sourcing experience and have already scouted and hired new talent, ideally in a scaling SaaS-company
