- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in human resources, preferably with exposure to multiple HR functions (recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits)
- Proven experience in HR strategy development, policy implementation, and workforce planning
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices
- Master degree in human resource is an added advantage
