Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and confidential Executive Secretary who also doubles as HR Manager. This senior management role provides executive-level administrative support and oversees human resource management across all branches.

Job Description/Requirements
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, communication, and confidential correspondence.
- Lead HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and staff development.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies.
- Coordinate communication and HR operations across all branches.
- Prepare reports, presentations, memos, and briefing documents for executive leadership.
- Oversee administrative operations and workflow optimisation.
- Support disciplinary processes, conflict resolution, and staff welfare initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 5–7 years’ experience in HR or executive administrative roles (management experience preferred).
- Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Solid understanding of Ghanaian labour law and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and modern HR systems; strong professionalism and confidentiality.
