Role Description
This is a full-time, fully remote role for a recruiter based in Accra, Ghana. The recruiter will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing potential candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to identify hiring needs.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates
- Proficiency in conducting interviews, recruitment strategies, and talent acquisition
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
