Key Responsibilities
Placements
- Pre-screen candidates for suitability based on job requirements from clients.
- Source and place qualified candidates using assigned job descriptions.
- Advise candidates on offered salary packages and employment terms.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Share relevant candidate pools with other recruiters as needed.
- Develop effective recruitment strategies and research methodologies for filling vacancies.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of recruitment outcomes within set deadlines.
- Provide regular updates to the Program Coordinator on recruitment progress and outcomes.
- Advertise open roles as necessary using appropriate platforms
- Provide timely feedback to all unsuccessful candidates.
- Conduct follow-ups with candidates on their first day to confirm resumption.
- Support onboarding processes and introduce new hires to the team.

- Manage relationships with Employers and Associates.

- Employer Engagement for Document Collection from Employer Partners (Agreement, Schedule A, Reference Letters, Interview Feedback Form, Offer Letters, Payslips, Tax receipts, and Time sheet), HR advisory, and Conflict Resolution

Key requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Human Resources, or related field from a recognized university.
- A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a recruitment or HR-related role is an added advantage.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and reporting skills
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices
- Organized, detail-oriented, and data-savvy
- Persuasive and able to guide candidate decisions
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and related business and communication tools.
