Field Recruiter
The Role
The primary responsibilities of the Field Recruiter include:
● Maintaining a high level of awareness of staffing needs for frontline positions at all
locations.
● Directly engaging and recruiting people in the field at various locations.
● Developing a strategy to address and fill vacancies or shortages.
● Educating and informing potential recruits about standard requirements before
training.
● Ensuring that guarantor information is provided.
● Providing detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on the recruitment and
training of guards.
● Ensuring new recruits meet medical and physical fitness requirements.
● Meeting the recruitment target.
● Providing analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
● Ensuring new recruits have a Ghana card.
Competencies/Skills
The desired competencies and skills include:
● Good communication (both written and verbal).
● Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
● Beginner computer skills.
● Organizational and time management skills.
● Meticulous attention to details.
● Long-term driving experience.
Qualifications and Requirements
The required qualifications are:
● SHS Certificate and above.
● Valid driver's license.
Location
The location for the role is Accra and Tema.
