Job Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting qualified candidates to meet our staffing needs.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop job descriptions that effectively communicate the role's responsibilities and requirements.

- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.

- Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist qualified candidates.

- Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and remotely, and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.

- Coordinate and facilitate the hiring process, including making job offers, negotiating salary packages, and conducting reference checks.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system.

- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and provide regular updates throughout the hiring process.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our hiring strategies.


Requirements:

- Familiarity with recruitment techniques, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.


Salary: $200 per month


Work schedule: 5\2 6\1  09:00 19:00


Note: This is a full-time position based on a monthly salary of $200. We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment where your skills and contributions will be valued.
