Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent based in Haatso with some work-from-home options. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for managing property listings, coordinating property viewings, liaising with clients, negotiating sales and rental agreements, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks also include marketing properties, developing leads, and maintaining knowledge of the local real estate market.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Experience in property management and client relationship management
• Marketing skills with a focus on real estate
• Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of the local real estate market in Haatso and surrounding areas
• Proficiency in digital marketing and use of real estate platforms is a plus
• Valid real estate license in Ghana
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
