Jacob West Ltd. is a fast-growing property development company building beautiful, modern communities for Ghana’s future. As we grow, we’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team!

This entry-level role is ideal for a proactive individual looking to build a career in business and office administration. You'll be trained on the job and exposed to all areas of professional office management — with room to grow as we grow.


What You'll Do

As our Property Administrator, you’ll be the friendly face and steady hand that keeps our office running smoothly and professionally. Key responsibilities include:


  • Front Desk & Property Inquiries

Be the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors — both in person and via phone or email. You'll help respond to inquiries about our available properties.


  • Office Upkeep & Supplies

Ensure our office is always client-ready — clean, stocked, and organized. You'll be in charge of restocking essentials, supervising cleaning staff, and scheduling maintenance or repairs.


  • Administrative Support

Support internal teams by managing emails, coordinating internal calendars, scheduling appointments, printing documents, and delivering errands when needed.


  • HR Administrative Support

Keep basic HR records such as staff leave days and onboarding documentation, and liaise with the HR team when needed.


  • Company Communications

Help with internal communications by preparing and sending out company-wide notices, reminders, and memos.


What We're Looking For

  • A recent university graduate ready to start their professional journey
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
  • Friendly, respectful, and eager to learn
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Ability to use a computer (Word, email, basic spreadsheets)
  • Interest in real estate, business, or administration
  • Based in or able to commute to Labone daily


What You'll Get
