Job summary
A fast-growing healthcare company in Ghana, with its operating office at Spintex–Baatsona, has vacancies for two (2) Pharmaceutical Service Assistants. The company deals in pharmaceutical and wellness supplies including vitamins, herbal products and other dietary supplements intended for general wellbeing, hormonal balance and immune support.

Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Accept, process and package orders on a daily basis
- Ensure proper stock management
- Answer client calls and explain matters relating to product use
- Assist with any other tasks that form part of the company's daily operations
Minimum Requirements:
- A Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) certificate, or an equivalent health service assistant certificate from an accredited institution, with at least 3 years' experience in a patient-facing role. MCAs must have written and passed the Pharmacy Council examination for MCAs.
- Aged 18 or older
- Fluent in English and Twi, plus at least one other local language
- Able to write clearly in English
- Strong customer-service skills, a warm personality and confident communication
- Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Good presentation and marketing skills
- Comfortable using basic computer applications
- Well organised
Other Information:
Because this role primarily involves advising customers on women's health, hormonal-balance and intimate- wellness products, and some customers may prefer to discuss these matters with a female assistant, it may be particularly suited to female applicants. All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
Location: Baatsona, Spintex
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm | Saturday, 10:00am–3:00pm
