Sales Representative (IVD / Medical Equipment)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote KOFA IVD instruments and reagents across healthcare institutions in Ghana.
• Establish and maintain strong long-term partnerships with local public and private hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, clinics, and medical distributors.
• Identify new business opportunities, conduct product demonstrations, and negotiate commercial distribution contracts.
• Collect market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and provide regular feedback to headquarters.
• Coordinate product registration and commercial logistics support locally when needed.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Science, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Medical Laboratory Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3+ years of proven B2B sales or technical support experience in IVD, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals in Ghana.
• Established connections and existing network with local hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare procurement channels in Accra and beyond.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
