- This is a remote/virtual (work-from-home) volunteer internship opportunity. (unpaid)
- The duration of the internship is 3 months.
PO Interns Responsibilities
- Recruitment and onboarding of new hires for different teams from diverse countries.
- Participate in other PO areas like Onboarding, Induction & Training, Offboarding, etc.
- Join various initiatives like Employee Mental Health, Employee Engagement, Research & Development, Learning & Development, and lot more!
- Cross-collaborate with teams from other programs/functions like Business Development & Digital Marketing, and Content Writing.
- Be an innovator by implementing new processes and practices
- Work with the leadership team to extend support in any other activities/projects important for company growth and success.
Qualifications
- Students currently pursuing their BBA/MBA/Masters in HR (or any other Bachelor/Master degree with a keen interest in HR/People Operations career).
- Students who have graduated and want to build skills in Agile PeopleOps / Agile HR
