Role Description The National Service – Graphics Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Accra. The Graphics Designer will create visual assets for events, marketing campaigns, social media, and PR materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. Daily tasks include designing logos, event collateral, digital banners, and promotional content, as well as preparing files for print and digital distribution. The role involves collaborating with the events, marketing, and production teams to develop creative concepts and refine designs based on feedback. The designer will also help maintain a strong visual identity for Global Ovations and its clients, support tight project timelines, and contribute fresh ideas to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to produce high-quality visual content for print and digital platforms.
• Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain distinctive, coherent brand identities for multiple clients.
• Understanding of Typography and layout principles to create clear, engaging, and aesthetically consistent designs.
• Experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or similar software).
• Ability to work on-site in Accra, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, events-focused environment.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to learn and take feedback during the National Service period.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams in marketing, events, and production.
• Relevant academic background in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
