About The Role

We're scaling rapidly and looking for an Internal Recruiter who can keep pace—someone who thrives in high-volume hiring and knows how to deliver an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles and collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure fast, high-quality hires that meet evolving team needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruiting for technical and operational roles—from sourcing to offer
  • Manage multiple concurrent pipelines without sacrificing candidate quality
  • Conduct structured interviews that assess skills aligned with client and team needs
  • Partner with hiring managers and occasionally clients to align on priorities and profile calibration
  • Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process
  • Use our ATS and sourcing tools to maintain accurate data, identify process gaps, and track performance
  • Identify and implement improvements to speed up time-to-hire and raise the quality bar

What You Bring

  • 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-volume staffing or agency setting
  • Proven ability to place technical talent (engineering, product, data, etc.)
  • Strong interviewing skills focused on evaluating depth, not just keywords
  • Excellent communication with both candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Experience with ATS platforms and a strong grasp of sourcing tools and techniques
  • Availability to consistently cover several working days per week aligned with Pacific Time while flexing across EST and PST
