Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Get an insight into all fields of an HR Department in a start-up: from Talent Management to Compensation and Benefits up to Learning and Development
- Be the contact person for interns and working students at SPARETECH
- Support the HR Manager and Recruiters in their daily work
- Take responsibility for your own HR project
- Improve and shape internal processes
- Build the best team and culture a company could have
Requirements:
- Are interested in all people- and culture-related topics and trends
- Love to communicate with others (fluently in English and German)
- Are an open-minded and reliable person who loves to learn and can work independently
- Have a strong analytical mind, show initiative, and a structured and detail-oriented approach to work
- Gained first experiences as an intern or as a working student in an HR department during your studies
