Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring 5–7 years of experience in human resources, with a strong background in HR consulting and outsourcing. You will act as a strategic advisor to our clients, supporting them with end-to-end HR solutions while also driving internal HR initiatives that strengthen Jobberman Ghana’s talent value proposition.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Partner with client organizations to understand their HR needs and deliver customized, value-adding solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on HR strategy, organizational design, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention.
- Manage outsourced HR services, ensuring quality delivery, SLA compliance, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal business units to align HR initiatives with company goals and objectives.
- Lead or support recruitment projects, from job profiling and sourcing to onboarding and post-placement follow-up.
- Guide clients and internal teams on employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and policy implementation.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for staff regarding HR-related inquiries, concerns, and policy clarification.
- Prepare monthly payrolls and maintain accurate staff databases using HRIS tools/software.
- Coordinate the recruitment process for internal and client positions, including posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Drive performance management processes both internally and for clients, ensuring best practices and compliance.
- Use HR analytics and insights to inform strategy, monitor progress, and report impact.
- Champion a high-performance culture by supporting leadership development and learning initiatives.
- Contribute to office administration by managing vendor relationships
- Stay up to date with HR trends, labor laws, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our service delivery.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, PHRi, SPHRi) are a plus.
- 4-6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with at least 2 years in a client-facing or consultancy role.
- Strong understanding of HR outsourcing models, client servicing, and SLA management.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Sound knowledge of Ghanaian labor laws and HR compliance standards.
