The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes recruitment, employee relations, payroll, performance management, compliance, and developing a positive workplace culture.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee employee performance evaluations and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain HR records and employee files.
- Manage payroll, leave, and benefits administration.
- Promote employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR management (typically 3–5 years).
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
