Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Assistant to help us improve the efficiency of our HR department. You’ll be working alongside the HR Managers and other crucial roles, to ensure the success of various departmental activities. You’ll be responsible for both HR and administrative tasks.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the HR function in a variety of ways including but not limited to;
- Responsible for creating multiple channels for sourcing talent.
- Create and maintain a database for all sourcing channels.
- Create and maintain a talent pool as per organizational needs.
- Screen job applicants to determine their suitability for the role.
- Conduct background checks on potential candidates.
- Prepare appointment letters.
- Ensure all relevant forms are filled.
- Ensure new hire has relevant regulatory certificates.
- Perform HR induction/Orientation.
- Ensure new hire has been properly trained and inducted into the department.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Collate and manage data for performance assessment.
- Prepare HR-related documents.
- Create and maintain a database for staff attendance and leave.
- Conduct training needs assessment to identify skill and competency gaps.
- Plan, organize and facilitate training programs.
- Collate and extract information from mystery shopping data for business use.
- Perform other HR duties as an when necessary and within reason.
