Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Talent to lead our talent acquisition efforts in Ghana. The ideal candidate will have at least five (5) years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR consulting, with a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends. This role involves developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing client relationships, and overseeing a team of recruiters to ensure the successful placement of top talent.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Strategy
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for client organizations.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify qualified candidates.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their hiring needs and business goals.
- Provide expert consultation to clients on recruitment best practices, market trends, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery to clients by meeting agreed-upon hiring timelines and quality benchmarks.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
- Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the recruitment team to ensure targets are met.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Process Improvement & Compliance
- Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Leverage technology and data analytics to optimize recruitment outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR consulting, preferably in a leadership role.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of the Ghanaian job market, industry trends, and employment laws.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
