Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Customer Service Representative role located in Accra. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience on a daily basis.
Qualifications
Prior experience in a BPO and or call center is highly required
Excellent typing speed (above 60 WPM)
Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
Analytical and Problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills
