Position Overview

DGI is currently recruiting a Country Coordinator (Ghana) to oversee and support the implementation of our after-school mentorship programs.

This is a part-time volunteer leadership position, ideal for someone with a passion for youth empowerment, strong organizational skills, and a heart for service. The initial commitment is for one full program cycle, with potential for continued involvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate mentor schedules and organize school-based mentorship sessions
• Maintain consistent communication with the founder and core team
• Submit monthly reports and field updates
• Support logistics, community outreach, and volunteer engagement

Time Commitment

• Approximately 8–12 hours per week (may vary based on program activities)

Compensation

• This is a volunteer position
• A modest stipend may be considered in the future based on performance and available funding
