We’re looking for a Community & Programs Intern — a proactive, creative, and hands-on doer passionate about building vibrant communities and driving innovation.


As our Community & Programs Intern, you’ll help manage daily operations, design and execute innovative programs, and bring fresh energy into everything we do! ?

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in community building, program development, entrepreneurship, or innovation spaces.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills, able to juggle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong networking skills and an existing wide network of contacts across industries, startups, or creative communities
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems creatively.
  • Comfortable learning and using digital tools (Microsoft suite, Asana, Canva, Eventbrite, Discord etc.).
  • Forward-thinking, proactive, and willing to contribute ideas for growth and monetisation.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in community management, event coordination, program support, or administrative roles (even volunteer or school project experience) is a plus.
