Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Security Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our security services. The Security Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating personnel, monitoring service delivery, and ensuring that all security operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role serves as a key link between clients, field officers, and management. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling, incident reporting, maintaining compliance with operational procedures, and providing logistical and administrative support to ensure the highest standards of security service.

Job Description/Requirements
Duties & Responsibilities:
- To supervise and ensure that guards deployed at , after generic training understands specific post orders/duties.
- Liaise with the security focal person on issues that need to be immediately implemented on the ground e.g. event security venue, time, and number guards’ needed and any other logistics.
- Submit to the GM- OPERATIONS and brief him on daily bases on security related issues.
- Ensure that all event security are well planned and well-coordinated.
- Guide, support and direct site supervisors to discharge their duties effectively and efficiently.
- To detect and report immediately all security related deficiencies to both focal and operations department for redress.
- To ensure that issues that require urgent attention are immediately communicated to either focal person swift attention.
- And any other security related assignment from time to time.
