Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Real Estate and Travel sectors.
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
- Build, manage, and nurture strong client and partner relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to stay ahead.
- Source and list properties on all digital platforms, working closely with the digital marketing team to create engaging content.
- Partner with the travel consultant to develop and promote attractive travel packages and destinations.
- Analyze competitor strategies and recommend improvements.
- Convert leads and inquiries into successful sales.
- Actively network to expand the company’s reach and client base.
- Accompany clients to property viewings, ensuring their preferences and needs are met.
- Identify the right properties for target market as well interacting with clients during viewings on an intellectual manner.
- Market research: Identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and understand customer needs and competitor activities.
- Strategic planning: Develop and implement strategies to achieve company goals, often involving strategic alliances with other businesses.
- Relationship management: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
- Client acquisition: Identify, approach, and establish relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Proposal and pitch development: Create and deliver business proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Revenue growth: Achieve sales targets, identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, and negotiate contracts.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to align strategies and create campaigns.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in Real Estate and/or Travel.
- Strong professional network and established relationships in Ghana.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Realtor & Tours Ghana’s target market and services.
- In-depth knowledge of the Ghanaian Real Estate and Travel industries.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
