A travel and tour company is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive with a background in Real Estate and Travel. The ideal candidate will combine industry knowledge, creativity, and strong networking skills to drive sales, enhance brand visibility, and build lasting client relationships.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Real Estate and Travel sectors.
  • Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Build, manage, and nurture strong client and partner relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to stay ahead.
  • Source and list properties on all digital platforms, working closely with the digital marketing team to create engaging content.
  • Partner with the travel consultant to develop and promote attractive travel packages and destinations.
  • Analyze competitor strategies and recommend improvements.
  • Convert leads and inquiries into successful sales.
  • Actively network to expand the company’s reach and client base.
  • Accompany clients to property viewings, ensuring their preferences and needs are met.
  • Identify the right properties for target market as well interacting with clients during viewings on an intellectual manner.

Other requirements:
  • Market research: Identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and understand customer needs and competitor activities.
  • Strategic planning: Develop and implement strategies to achieve company goals, often involving strategic alliances with other businesses.
  • Relationship management: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
  • Client acquisition: Identify, approach, and establish relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Proposal and pitch development: Create and deliver business proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Revenue growth: Achieve sales targets, identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to align strategies and create campaigns.


Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in Real Estate and/or Travel.
  • Strong professional network and established relationships in Ghana.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Realtor & Tours Ghana’s target market and services.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Ghanaian Real Estate and Travel industries.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
